"Es Rebost" consists of a living-dining room that was originally the room of the mayoral's children. The bedroom was the old pantry or "rebost". Eggs, flour, dried tomatoes, and sobrasadas were stored in here. Where now the bathroom is, the cheeses were cured in the cheese dairy or "formatgera". The pantry or “rebost” had to provide food to all the employees of the Finca, which were approx. 30 persons.
