RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATION
Reservations can be made through our website.
To confirm your reservation, you will need to provide a credit card, which will not be charged as long as our payment policy is met. Full payment for your stay will be due upon arrival by credit/debit card or cash. You can also pay by bank transfer 48 hours before your arrival.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, 25% of the total reservation cost will be charged to the credit card you provided.
If you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival date, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged to the credit card you provided.
If no cancellation is made and the reserved accommodation is unoccupied on the arrival date, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
Continental breakfast
For stays of 7 nights or more, after the 3rd night, guests may opt for a change of sheets and towels.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
Transfers to the property or similar services.
Additional charges, meals, activities, or services not listed in the reservation.
MINIMUM STAY:
The minimum stay is three nights.
EXTRA BEDS
When making the reservation, and in order to apply the corresponding rate, the total number of people, both adults and children, occupying the accommodation must be indicated. Only one extra bed and one crib per room are permitted.
Under no circumstances will more people than the maximum number stated in the reservation confirmation be allowed, including children and infants. If the number of people exceeds the indicated capacity, the owner may charge a fee based on the price per person and reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
The accommodation will be available from 2:00 PM. Please ensure you inform us of your approximate arrival time, especially if it is expected to be later than 10:00 PM, so we can plan your arrival and keep you informed of any changes. Please provide your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
On the day of departure, the house must be vacated before 12:00 PM.
If guests wish to enter or leave the property at different times, they may do so by prior arrangement, provided that the property will not be occupied by another guest.
AMENITIES. Included in the price:
Water, electricity, and heating.
Air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels for each guest. Bed linen includes sheets, blankets, and a duvet. Bath and hand towels are provided for each guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, juicer, toaster, and other small appliances, as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, and pots).
ECO-TAX
The local tourist tax (ECO-TAX) according to Decree 35/2016 is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival at the property.
GENERAL RULES:
The guest is responsible for the proper and decent behavior of all accompanying persons. Should the guest, or any of their companions, fail to behave appropriately and responsibly, Son Sureda reserves the right to ask the guest and their companions to leave the property without any right to compensation.
Guests are responsible for keeping the house/apartment/bungalow completely locked in their absence.
Visitors are not permitted without the express consent of the owner.
The facilities must be kept in perfect condition, with each item returned to its original place. Any damage to the facilities must be reported to the owner.
Guests must treat the house and its contents with respect and not remove anything from it. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused.
Please use heating sparingly; it is recommended not to have the heating and fireplace on at the same time.
Please use air conditioning sparingly and only when you are present. We recommend keeping all windows and doors closed while it is running.
Cooking food inside the fireplace is not permitted.
Please dispose of trash in the designated containers.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and common areas of the house/apartment/bungalow.
Pets are not allowed. Please use the facilities responsibly. Respect the peace and quiet of others and the surrounding environment.
